I feel obligated to post something here, so here goes. I left class early on Thursday due to a client who was so excited with the possibility of buyer their first home. She text me to have lunch, her hubbs is a Marine on Camp Pendleton and lunch time was limited. Well as it turned out, her enthusiasm and excitement may have gone awry, they didn't show. It did result in my meeting another client whose home I will be selling (short) and whose renters will be buying for their first home.
I am holding an open house this afternoon, email me for the address if you want to come, and then another on Tuesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon and last for this week Saturday afternoon. The weather is improving and the days are longer so more time to get folks in to see the homes.
